"The race EVENT begins months before the race DAY"

The tachometer's needle bouncing off the redline, the adrenaline pumping, the crowd roaring and the front bumper crossing the quarter mile - its the simple things that makes man smile from ear to ear. Before then, the planning for the day should be handled optimally as well as the day's activities.

804meter is a Nordic haven for speed lovers and petrolheads. Apart from the usual pairing of horsepower and torque they also needed a digital footprint with an race results information system.

I developed their driver/racer signup system and engineered a cloud-syncing solution that enables race results directly from Dragy (the speed and time measurement tool) to be visible to all participants.

This gave racers and organizers a frictionless experience from registration to results. Including the management of payments and insurance for the race day.

Usually, you'd find me in the nosebleeds or chasing lap times on my motorcycle, but this project flipped the script. I got a front-row seat to the logistics behind the scenes—and discovered that the race truly begins long before the engines rev. From syncing milliseconds to managing months of preparation, I helped turn chaos into clarity. And that's the kind of win that lasts well beyond the finish line.

"Redefining healthcare - empathy with every touch"

In healthcare, every second counts—and every system behind the scenes matters just as much as the scalpel in the surgeon's hand.

Arcade Surgical & Specialty Clinic in Nairobi needed a digital backbone to match their clinical excellence.

I developed a robust information management system tailored to their workflow and developed a mobile app enabling virtual consultations this fed well into their vision of redefining healthcare.

This not only made for convenience but also extended care beyond the clinic walls, making expert help accessible to patients wherever they were.

Healthcare is, and will always be, a noble profession, and I was honored to contribute by enhancing its deliverability through technology. From streamlining patient records to enabling remote consultations, I helped the clinic turn digital transformation into real-world impact.

"The web without an internet connection"

In the farthest reaches of the Phillipines, where connectivity essentially is a mirage, delivery personnel rely on scribbled paper to report delivered package numbers back to their respective storage warehouses.

I built a package tracking and reporting information system that empowered both delivery personnel and their management with updates to their package information. By leveraging Progressive Web Apps(PWAs), I created a solution that worked offline, syncing seamlessly once connectivity returned.

This enabled the move away from scribbling on paper or depending on human memory to remember long unique package numbers to a system with data which could be relied upon to make key managerial decisions.

This project pushed me to rethink what's possible when the web goes dark. Exploring PWAs opened up a new frontier in resilient design, proving that smart systems don't need constant connection—they just need thoughtful engineering. In a place where distance defines the challenge, I helped bring reliability closer to home.

"Restoring confidence one follicle at a time"

In a world where self-image shapes self-esteem, restoring hair isn't just cosmetic—it's transformational.

Afro Doc Trichology in Nairobi is on a mission to deliver world-class hair restoration solutions designed for African hair.

I developed a customized ERP system tailored to the unique needs of a hair transplant clinic — from patient records and appointment scheduling to inventory and post-procedure tracking.

To me this was not only about streamlining operations—it was about empowering a practice that helps people feel whole again.

As someone blessed with a full head of hair, I felt a personal responsibility to support those helping others reclaim theirs.

"Cybersecurity beyond the anti-virus and best practices"

Episec is a Sweden-based cybersecurity consultancy helping organizations manage processes, projects, risk, security and compliance

I developed a dual-purpose application that assessed SCRUM master maturity levels while simultaneously helping organizations understand their risk profiles. This tool bridged agile methodology with security awareness, giving teams a clear view of both their operational agility and their exposure to threats.

In a world where digital threats evolve faster than sprint cycles, this project reminded me that security and agility aren't opposing forces — they're complementary. By quantifying both, organizations turn blind spots into insights and build resilience from the inside out.

"Premier destination for real estate excellence in Nairobi and its surrounding suburbs"

In luxury real estate, presentation is everything—but behind every stunning listing is an invisible engine making it all work.

The Community Properties, a Nairobi-based firm, needed a digital foundation worthy of their upscale offerings.

I architected and deployed the entire cloud infrastructure that powers their front-end listing platform. From scalable data storage to seamless content delivery, every pixel of their property showcase is backed by robust cloud engineering.

This project was a masterclass in blending elegance with efficiency. By building a resilient backend for a brand that sells beauty, I helped ensure that every listing loads fast, looks sharp, and stays secure. Because in luxury housing, the experience starts long before the first viewing—and I made sure it starts strong.

About Me

My name is Elvis.

I build software with one guiding principle: technology should solve real problems for real people.

I specialize in crafting tailored solutions that bridge the gap between human needs and digital systems

For me, code isn't just lines on a screen; it's a tool for clarity and empowerment.

Every project is an opportunity to transform complexity into simplicity, and to design systems that make life not only easier, but better.
